Раньше можно было скачать документацию отсюда

теперь невозможно - в чем дел

Вся документация есть в дистрибутиве.
После установки программы в пункте меню Справка-Документация она доступна.
Там же все поянсительные записки к пакетам
Справка-Новости-По версиям, Справка-Новости-Инструкции и комментарии и др.
Эти файлы находятся в папках Client\doc и Client\News
